Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is a technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
Sitting up or lying down fully clothed Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with my hands placed and held on a series of locations from the head, chest, legs and arms. People commonly report a sense of calm and mental clarity and sleeping well after Reiki.

Reflexology with warming foot spa
Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic therapy which aims to deeply relax and ease congestion in the body by treating reflex points in the feet.
